Two ways to see the strike coming. One mesh to stop it. LiDAR clearance sensing on the lead vehicle and a smart impact pole that fires the alert the instant it touches — every crew member notified in under 100 ms.
Every capability designed for mission-critical convoy operations where a missed alert is a bridge strike.
Two independent detection methods feeding one mesh. LiDAR on the lead vehicle sees the strike coming; the smart impact pole confirms the instant contact happens. See both methods →
Every crew member alerted simultaneously in under 100 ms. Zero cell towers required. Works in mountain passes, rural highways, and private industrial sites.
Every clearance reading, every alert, every crew acknowledgment — recorded to audit-grade tamper-evident log. Ship-safe evidence for incident review.
Drivers and escort crew onboard in seconds. No accounts, no downloads, no delays. One code, one session, one convoy — protected end-to-end.
Four steps. Sub-100ms round-trip. Every convoy, every route, every time.
LiDAR on the lead vehicle scans overhead, or the smart impact pole detects the instant of contact. Two methods, one truth.
A clearance below threshold triggers the mesh. Every crew member's device chirps within 100 ms. No cell dependency.
Drivers slow, stop, or reroute before impact. Escort confirms. Alert acknowledged, convoy cleared to continue.
Every reading, alert, and acknowledgment written to the blackbox. Audit-grade evidence for permit review or post-mortem.
Choose the method for your convoy — or run both in parallel for defense-in-depth. Both feed the same offline mesh, both trigger the same sub-100 ms crew-wide alert.
A vehicle-mounted LiDAR sensor sweeps overhead clearance continuously as the lead truck approaches. Sub-threshold detection fires the mesh before the load ever reaches the structure — proactive, predictive, non-contact.
A high-precision electronic pole mounted on the load with accelerometers embedded along its length. The instant it touches a structure, a 360° red beacon fires at the pole tip and every Convoy Guardian device in the mesh receives the strike alert simultaneously.
// BOTH METHODS FEED THE SAME MESH · BOTH TRIGGER THE SAME BLACKBOX LOG
Nobody else connects it all — one live ecosystem. Convoy Guardian is the "Move It." layer that executes the permitted route safely.
Ships as a complete system — sensors, mesh nodes, alert devices, and installation. Trained crew included.
// BOTH DEVICES SHIP AS A COMPLETE FIELD-READY KIT · INSTALL + TRAINING INCLUDED
Come see the mesh in action. Watch a bridge strike prevented — live.
The region's largest project cargo & breakbulk event — meet the team behind One Route. One Truth. and put the Convoy Guardian mesh through its paces at our booth.
A bridge-strike prevention and convoy safety system for oversize/heavy haul operations. LiDAR sensors continuously measure overhead clearances, an offline mesh network alerts every crew member simultaneously in under 100 ms, and a blackbox logs every reading for audit-grade evidence.
Convoy Guardian nodes form a self-configuring mesh over local radio. Each crew member’s device relays alerts to the next. The result: real-time coordination in mountain passes, rural highways, and private industrial sites where cell coverage disappears.
Under 100 ms from LiDAR detection to every crew member’s device. Independent of cell signal, internet, or GPS availability.
Convoy Guardian is sold as a complete hardware kit, with no software subscription on the entry kit. Three configurations cover a seven-vehicle convoy — one lead, four following, and two escorts on body-worn units: Kit 1 at $7,900 USD (mesh plus Smart Impact Pole), Kit 2 at $20,400 (adds the LiDAR laser and tablet, training included), and Kit 3 at $28,900 (adds the complete MeasurePRO survey system, training included). One day of crew training is required and costs $3,000 to $6,000 depending on province or state, free with Kit 2 or Kit 3. Kit 2 and Kit 3 run MeasurePRO software, included for the first 6 months and $300 USD per month after that; Kit 1 needs no software and has no recurring cost. Shipping, customs, and duties are quoted separately.
No. Convoy Guardian works fully offline. Blackbox logs sync to your fleet office whenever connectivity is available, but real-time alerts and mesh coordination never depend on it.
Book a demo on a real route. We'll show you the alert loop in the field, and let you take the mesh apart to prove it works.
Tell us about your convoy. We'll set up a live demo on a real route — or meet you at Booth M01 at Breakbulk Americas.
