Meet Convoy Guardian at Breakbulk Americas 2026 — Booth M01.

Convoy Guardian is an offline mesh bridge-strike prevention system for oversize and heavy-haul convoys, made by SolTec Innovation. It launches publicly at Breakbulk Americas 2026 — September 22–23, 2026, at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas. You will find us at Booth M01, running live demos of both detection methods on the show floor.

What is Breakbulk Americas?

Breakbulk Americas is the region's largest project cargo and breakbulk event, bringing together carriers, freight forwarders, EPCs, ports, and heavy-haul specialists. It is where the oversize/overweight industry evaluates the equipment it will run next season — which makes it the right room to show a bridge-strike prevention system for the first time.

Show dates, registration, and floor hours are managed by the organizer at americas.breakbulk.com. Our booth is M01, staffed both days by the SolTec Innovation team that builds the RoadScope Route Intelligence ecosystem.

What to expect at Booth M01

This is not a slideshow booth. Convoy Guardian is hardware, and the whole claim rests on latency you can hear. So we brought the kit and we run it in front of you — four stations, each one taking about five minutes.

  • Station 01 The LiDAR sweep, live Watch a lead-vehicle node stream overhead clearance in real time and fire the mesh the moment a reading drops below threshold — before anything touches the structure.
  • Station 02 Hit the pole yourself Tap the smart impact pole with your hand. The 360° beacon strobes and every device on the table chirps. That is the whole point: contact to crew-wide alert in under 100 ms.
  • Station 03 Pull the plug on the network We kill connectivity at the booth and run the alert loop again. No cell, no Wi-Fi, no internet — the mesh keeps working. Bring your own phone and join by QR code.
  • Station 04 Read the blackbox Every reading, alert, and acknowledgment from the demos above, replayed from the tamper-evident log — the evidence trail you would hand to a permit reviewer.

Who should stop by

  • OS/OW carriers and heavy-haul fleets — anyone routing loads under structures where the clearance margin is thin
  • Escort and pilot-car operators — the crew who currently have no way to alert the whole convoy at once
  • Project cargo and EPC logistics teams — moving components on private industrial sites with no cell coverage
  • Permit consultants and route surveyors — who need audit-grade evidence after the move, not just before it

How to book a slot

Walk-ups are welcome, but booked slots get a full run-through with an engineer rather than a five-minute overview. Use the form below — pick "Booth M01 — Breakbulk" as your preferred meeting — and we will confirm a time before the show.

Can't make Houston? We also run live demos on a real route, on your corridor, with your load height.
