Why one ecosystem instead of four tools

An oversize move fails at the seams. The survey says one clearance, the routing software assumes another, the crew in the field has a third number on a clipboard, and the permit file records a fourth. Every handoff between disconnected tools is a chance for the truth to drift. Building the whole chain on one data model removes the seams.

Measure It. — MeasurePRO and ProfilingPRO

MeasurePRO is a vehicle-mounted LiDAR route survey system that captures clearances at highway speed to ±2 mm with synchronized 360° camera evidence — no lane closure required. ProfilingPRO profiles road elevation to centimetre precision. This is where route truth originates.

Map It. — RoadScope, SweptPRO, LoadPRO

RoadScope is the route intelligence hub: survey data syncs live from the truck, and the platform produces swept path analysis and vertical clearance verdicts against the actual load. LoadPRO builds the 3D photorealistic convoy. This is where the route is planned and permitted.

Move It. — SolTecNAV and Convoy Guardian

This is Convoy Guardian's layer. SolTecNAV gives the driver turn-by-turn navigation built for the load rather than for a car. Convoy Guardian keeps the move safe once it is rolling: two detection methods, an offline mesh that alerts the whole crew in under 100 ms, and a blackbox that records it. Planning tells you the clearance should be fine. Convoy Guardian verifies it in the field, live, while the load is moving.

Prove It. — Reports and Permits

An interactive HTML report suite with 50+ sections, assembled from the same data the rest of the platform ran on. Convoy Guardian contributes the field record: every clearance reading, alert, and crew acknowledgment from the actual move.
